This involves an additional 7 coaching sessions over the course of two months for an added investment of $884 or $475 per month for two months. Upon completion of this level, a Certified Consultant may use the PACESETTING™ material in one-on-one or small group coaching engagements priced at their discretion and resell the material at $30 below cost ($77.95 minus $30 = $47.95) with no additional licensing or renewal fees. Included with this program is: An additional 60-page PACESETTING™ training manual and audio CD, the Values Deck, the Weekly Planning Cycle notepad, the Weekly Affirmation Record notepad, and the SMART Goal Worksheet notepad.
